How many fax machines?
We received a call from a frustrated commercial estate agent who’s fax machine was not working. He had been advised by the broadband provider that the fax machine was broken so he had bought another. This had happened three times and he now had three fax machines which apparently were faulty!
Our engineer quickly established that it was in fact the broadband that was the issue and got the original fax machine working on it.
If any one needs a fax machine, we know where there are two spare!
