A large manufacturer wished to save money through using a SDSL line rather than a leased line. After much testing and diagnostics as to why they could not achieve the levels of system reliability they needed between their multi-site operation, we had to have the honest discussion with our client .
In order to achieve the levels of system accessibility that they needed, they would need to invest in the higher cost leased line. This company now understands that cheapest is not always the best and has learned to trust us, whether the advice we are giving is good or bad, they know that we will always be honest.
