25 February 2009 - We're delighted to announce that we now have the ability, through two local data centres and the power of 24Meg broadband, to provide external backup for our clients' lifeblood, its data.
We've provided onsite tape back up for our Outsourced Supported clients since 2001 but never offsite.
Listening to our clients we have heard that you need:
- The ability to have backups stored outside of their office to avoid the loss of data through a catastrophic event such as fire, flood, theft or a bulding that becomes inaccessible.
- To free staff from the discipline of having to remember to change tapes, to remove them off site and/or place in a fireproof safe each and every night.
- To provide a viable alternative or an additional backup to existing hard disk and/or tape arrangements.

- We meet with you to provide a local, onsite service and you are supported therefter by qualified IT engineers working solely on computer matters day in day out
- We inform you daily of the status of your backup
