06 May 2009 - Be in with an opportunity to experience how the people who like to 'Dress for Dinner' live on the ocean wave when the Crown Princess visits Belfast on Tuesday June 30th.
In these challenging times it's nice to have something positive and if possible 'unique and special' booked into our diary that we can really look forward to. For most of us that would be a wedding, the start of our summer holiday or perhaps visiting a long distance relative.
Here at Tartan IS we've been looking for that special event to which we'd like to say "Thank-you" for your patronage to our newsletter and also for your business to date and hopefully, on-going into the future. We think lunch on a five star ocean liner and a grand tour of the ship may be that unique experience !
How to enter
We are limited to 30 places to this event and with approximately 100 customers we have had to devise a draw that rewards our current customers' loyalty and commitment to our services whilst also recognising the 'new' as well.
Each person who is registered with our e-newsletter on Friday June 12th will be entered into the draw on Monday June 15th. In addition all Tartan IS customers, a customer is deemed as the 'main contact' within an organisation that currently uses one of the following services:
- Outsourced Support Service (what we call 'Trinity Support')
- Broadband rental
- SOPHOS Anti-Virus
- Offsite backup
- Domain registration and POP3 email service
registered with us by Friday June 12th will also have their details entered into the draw.
Travel to and from the ship located in the Belfast Docks will be under each guests own steam and full embarkation instructions and directions will be supplied after the draw is made. Personal details for security purposes will then be required.

Whilst onboard the Crown Princess all guests of Tartan IS will have the opportunity to enjoy an open bar drinks reception, delicious, freshly prepared five star cuisine accompanied with a wine service. For those who do not drink a range of non-alcoholic beverages will also be served.

Postage must be paid. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. No liability will be accepted for lost, delayed, illegible or incomplete entries. Closing date for postal entries is Friday 12th June 2009.
The draw will be held on Monday 15th June. There are 30 places to be won. The winners will be notified by Friday 19th June 2009. Details of the winners can be obtained by writing to Tartan IS Ltd, 36 Wynard Park Belfast, BT5 6NS. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are not transferable. Staff of Tartan IS Ltd are excluded from entering. The date of the lunch is Tuesday June 30th 2009. E&OE.
