By following the guide below you can download an icon on to your desktop. When you need support just double click the 'Helpdesk'.
How to Set-Up Tartan I.S. Remote Support
- Browse to http://mail.tartanis.co.uk/helpdesk.exe and save the file to your desktop.
- Double click on the icon, select Run, and the Tartan I.S. Remote Support application will load.
- Double click on the name of the engineer, and the remote connection will connect automatically.
